An old worn out leather boot and some homemade tools
were the beginning of Jimmy’s leather crafting.
Then he discovered Tandy’s Leather and Al and Ann Stohlman’s leather books
on making just about anything with leather.
His pictures are in homes and lodges in the US , Canada, and Scotland.
He has also designed leather holders for beepers, phones, knives, guns, etc..
Jimmy was also featured on Tennessee Crossroads PBS show.
Jimmy’s new crafting is tying flies (making bugs) for his fly fishing.
Not quite sure how to decorate the house with bugs.
Maybe on the Christmas tree?!?!?!?
