piano adventure

BJH and I have a new, or should I say old, pass time.

We are collecting old pieces, basically throw aways, of

mainly wooden furniture and restore or recreating them.

This is the first stage in dissecting the piano.

We (mainly Jimmy) spent hours of screws, bolts, pins, strings, strings

and more strings.

I never knew a piano had so many pieces.

See my favorite four year old grandson peeking through?

Now we are reassembling the frame.  This will soon be a desk with shelves.

Guess you’ll have to wait awhile to see the end results.

Thanks for stopping in.

PS.   The piano was way beyond repair.
